And @Bogert Kisch - BJ - you are a god amongst men - thank you for the awesome announcing, of course, and even more for the portable heater, keeping our registration staff's fingers functional! Mid-week fun!

  • Reminder - tonight is an I Dig Tuesday trail work night at Jungle Habitat! Don't forget, if you are a TTC racer, PayDirt is part of your racers agreement! Doing your PayDirt at Jungle Habitat is an easy and convenient way to get those hours in! Meet us at 6 p.m. at the JH gate - bring your gloves, bug spray and water!
  • Wednesday night is Ladies Night on Clinton Road! And this week, we have a special treat. Larry Towner from Team Town Cycle sponsor ProPower Coaching will be there this Wednesday to provide a bike fit analysis to anyone interested.  He will be at the parking lot at 5:30 p.m. with a stationary trainer. He will put your bike on the trainer and do a quick check for saddle height and fore/aft adjustment, and then make any necessary adjustments. Bike fit can be a complicated process but with these quick adjustments you can get very close to your optimum position on the bike.  This will result in greater power and better comfort.
  • Wednesday night we will also have a moderate pace, no drop mountain bike ride at Jungle Habitat. Please be wheels down at the JH gate at 6 p.m. so we can get a good 2 hour ride in before dark!
As always, if you have questions about rides and weather, you can check your email, our blog, or our Twitter page for updates!

Hope to see you out there!

A new sponsor for Team Town Cycle members!

Team Town Cycle is super excited to announce a new partnership with ProPower Endurance Sports Coaching. Together they have formed ProPower to help you reach the next level of achievement and success. When you work with ProPower, they will customize a training plan for your individual goals, whether they be geared towards a particular event, or just an increase in your overall fitness.

ProPower is offering TTC members a 10% discount on services. As a special promotion, they will do your initial evaluation and fitness testing at half price for all members who initiate their training plan prior to June 1, 2011.
